We wish you to receive the best experience ever from Bansko, as well from our services. To reach this goal we created following recommendations and hotel policy, which we ask you to follow while your stay at Orbilux, Bansko!

Check in and check out
Check in starts after 14:00 o'clock
Check out is untill 12:00 o'clock

Early check in and check out
If you arrive early in the morning and you prefer to get immediate access to your booked apartment, we recommend to note this request in your reservation in order to receive a quick access, of course in case if it is possible. Similar, if you leave late in the night, we recommend you to book 1 night additionaly to guarantee you available apartment till your departure time. If you choose not to book an extra night accommodation, we are happy to keep luggage and we will invite in our restaurant to taste our remarkable cuisine.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at Orbilux apart hotel, Bansko!

Children and additional beds:

Baby - 0-3.99 y. - free of charge
Baby cot - free /on request and should be confirmed from the hotel in advance/
Child - 4-12.99 y. - 50 % discount from price for additional bed for adult, according to season's pricelist. Check our pricelist.

Internet
Internet connection at apartment - wired - free of charge
Wi fi internet connection - lobby - paid

Parking:
Open air parking spaces - free of charge
Underground garage - paid - 10 BGN/24 hours

Reservations:
You could make reservations by phone, fax, e-mail or online on our web page. Confirmation from the hotel for your reservation you will get in the way you made your reservation.

Reservations will be accepted as follows:
Season 1, Season 2 - 21 days, Season 3 - 10 days

Cancellation of reservation:
Season 1, Season 2 - 14 days, Season 3 - 7 days

Cancellation of reservation is for free if it is made in above mentioned period.

By breaking a cancellation periods - hotel charges 1 night booked accommodation.

In case of No show - the hotel charges 2 nights booked accommodation.

Payment methods:

Cash, with a bank transfer or online payment with a credit card on our web page.

Accepted credit cards

Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Borika

The hotel keeps the right to block funds from your credit card until your arrival date.
